Missouri statute requires that the estimated economic benefit expected from the project during the financing period be greater than the cost of the project.  A property owner submitting an application for funding through the Show Me PACE program must verify that the measures will achieve a savings-to-investment ratio (SIR) of greater than 1.0. The SIR is calculated with this formula: SIR = total estimated energy, O&M and capital savings over term + total incentives/PACE funding amount.
